Sign-In and Sync Issues

Fix common login problems and keep your data in sync.

If you cannot sign in or sync, check the common causes below.

Cookies and private browsing

  • Cookies are required for authentication.
  • Private browsing modes can block storage and prevent login.

Offline sign-in

  • If you have already synced data on a device, you can sign in offline.
  • First-time sign-in requires a connection to download your data.

Cross-device syncing

  • Changes sync automatically when online.
  • If you are offline, progress queues locally and syncs later.

Language support

  • The app supports only English for now.
